“We had some difficulties with the booking - the room was booked 4 times but we only needed one of them. Fortunately, booking.com staff could cancel the other 3 for us since the hotel was willing to agree with cancelation without charging us any fee. Moreover the staff at the reception was very kind and gave us some good tips For our evening plans (Christmas Market with lake view and restaurants). The room was a bit old but clean and large. We had a balcony and large windows.”
