“We got such a lovely warm welcome on arrival, we loved the beautiful rooms with lake view, the fab breakfast, the complimentary afternoon cakes, the fantastic value dinner for a family of 5 [special mention for the outstanding Bar-B-Q night], the gorgeous surroundings, the superb staff, the free bicycles, the free shuttle service into the centre,the packed breakfast on our departure as we had a very early flight home to Ireland. We loved everything about this charming hotel.”

“Everything was absolutely fantastic, service, location, food, cleanliness, comfort. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Complimentary guided walks arranged by hotel with complimentary lunch provided by Anne-Marie, the owner. So kind. Just have to pay for lift pass if required. Fruit free for the taking dotted around hotel. Free shuttle service into town. Location on Lake Schwarzsee stunning. Free sun loungers, towels and bike hire for residents. Fabulous swimming in Lake and walks suurrounding. Can't reccommend highly enough.”
“This hotel is really nice, especially the super friendly and helpful staff which they try to help as much as possible. The free shuttle bus is very flexible and makes it very easy to go to the town centre, cable car station and the train station. One can also borrow a bike for free which is a great bonus. The room itself is big and the access to the lake is just perfect.”
