“It was great from the start. The hotel lobby scent was great. I wonder what was the fragrance they use. The receptionist help us through the check-in smoothly. Rachel (the receptionist) was helpful with the tips and recommendation on how to get around Singapore. The concierge was helpful too. Adding some more tips and explained to us thoroughly when we ask any question. Not forgetting the housekeeper which is very helpful. The staff mostly have smiles on their face. The free parking is a bonus of this place. As we drove our car from Malaysia, we can just park our car at Amara and get around Singapore using MRT and taxis. Parking in Singapore can be quite expensive if converted to MYR. Room was great. The WiFi is quite good. All in all, I would recommend this place to my friend.”

No understanding of milk - but they kindly got condensed milk for our tea - not quite what we had in mind but they tried. The reception area was unfriendly.
