“I've never had better service than what Ambassador provides. They go so far beyond what is expected. I don't think I could have asked for anything they wouldn't try to provide. I left a package in the city center and Vasilio (spelling?) the hotel clerk, went out around midnight looking for it and had it waiting at the desk when I awoke the next morning. He refused to let me go out looking. The hotel is very old but that's part of the charm.”
