Important Notice
- Please note that the credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in as a guarantee. If applicable, the property will use these credit card details for incidentals, damages and extras. If you are using a third-party credit card, please contact Amsterdam ID Aparthotel for more information.<br><br>Please note that Amsterdam ID Aparthotel does not accept any cash payments.<br><br>The main booker must be minimum 21 years old and the name of the main booker has to be the same as on the credit card. The credit card will be checked upon arrival.<br><br>Please note that the apartment will not be cleaned daily. When staying 7 days or longer, the apartment is cleaned once a week. Linens are also changed once a week. Towels are changed after 3 days.<br><br>Guests will receive 1 welcome package upon arrival. This includes a dishcloth, dish towel, detergent, one dishwasher tablet, amenities and toilet paper. Please note that this will only be provided once.<br><br>Please note that breakfast is available upon request for a surcharge. This can be arranged upon check-in.<br><br>A security deposit of EUR 100 per Studio and 1-Bedroom apartment and EUR 300 per 2 - and 3 - Bedroom apartment is required upon arrival for incidentals. The Four - Bedroom Apartment requires a deposit of EUR 400<br><br>Please notify the property in advance if you wish to bring children.<br><br>Please note that drug usage and noise disturbances are not allowed and may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Amsterdam ID Aparthotel in advance of your expected arrival time.
