“In general facilities and services provided in your hotel is considered good. My proposal is since I will be staying in your hotel ones or twice per month for next 5 yrs until my son finish his study at mrsm (I got two sons in msrm TAR, form 1 and 5), it is only appropriate if Ancasa hotel can introduce membership rate for case like me. Since Ancasa do have other number of hotel in different location,if I am a membership of yours, I will chose Ancasa and associated accommodation as first priority whatever I go for vacation or business in wherever location.currently I am a member of Lagend hotel but his coverage location is not great. I do hope mgmnt will consider my 10 cents view. (I have highlighted my proposal to your counter officer when I did check out during last stay on 3/6, sorry can't recall his name)Tq”
