“Als ich einchecken wollte, mussten mehrere Personen nach meiner Reservierung suchen. Das Zimmer war bis auf das Bad in Ordnung, denn dies war nicht gereinigt und es fehlten Handtücher. Leider bekam ich kein leises Zimmer, es war zur Straßenseite, das Fenster schloss nicht schalldicht, sodass gefühlt die Autos durch das Zimmer fuhren und die Musiker des gegenüberliegendes Restaurant bei mir im Zimmer waren. Aus Kulanz wurde mir das Abendessen nicht berechnet. Das Restaurant war nett, meine von mit genutzten Teller stapelten sich neben mir und wurden nicht abgeräumt.”
