“Quick checkin and very friendly staff to assist. The room was comfortable and had all the modern conveniences required. The breakfast was good with hot and cold dishes. They offer a great shuttle service to and from the Airport at 5 euros per personand also a shuttle to the city (7 euros)which we used to get us to the cruise port and the shuttle dropped us off at the "People Mover" which is a mono rail that takes you to the ship. advance booking for the shuttle is required as it has limited seating capacity.”

“Possibly one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Booked 2 triple rooms and both were very large, clean and comfortable. The bed was immense and so comfortable! The A/C was absolute bliss in the very humid 30 deg temperature we endured. Staff were all very helpful and willing to oblige. The shuttle service was great and ran to time with a great schedule. There is a train station around 10 minutes walk away which takes you into the heart of Venice in about 25 minutes. Also a bus service but you have to change at one location and it isn't the easiest route. The area is very quiet being an industrial type of surrounding. We found quite a wonderful restaurant just down the road on our final day called Tiramisu - the service here was excellent.”
