“The staff and every person running this hotel were amazing. There was nothing too much trouble for them. The service level was 5*+. Although it is an older hotel, it is clean, friendly and well maintained, but the staff made this hectic business trip truly pleasurable. This has to be the best level of service I have received from any hotel in Europe - even the 5* and beyond are not this good! Real, true and passionate people who want their guests to feel at home.
