“The bed was comfortable, parking lot is big enough for the cars and the lake is beautiful. It was an advantage that the whole place is quiet, no TV, no crowd. Food is good.”
“Complementary Upgrade, Location was fantastic, quiet, peaceful”
“Bed was very comfy & staff were very friendly & helpful!”
“Amazing location. Hotel has benefited from extensive upgrading and offers fabulous bothy style cabins in grounds. We enjoyed location for quiet roads which meant we cycled up and down Loch Tay.”
“The hotel has a lovely lounge which was used for our excellent meals as it wasn't busy (October) and the view was wonderful down the long garden with orchard, vines and pathway down to the loch side. The ambience was restful, the rooms would probably be classed as a little tired but don't change this unique hotel.”
“Amazing quiet location!! Staff were very friendly.”
“The breakfast (although a full Scottish should not include a Cumberland Sausage) and being moved to a better room on the first night.”
“The grounds with the views and the fruit trees. Great toiletries and tea and coffee selection in room.”
“- Excellent location situated right on the banks of Loch Tay with stunning views. - Free fast WiFi (in main hotel). - Very good mix of modern and classic decor. - Friendly staff ready to help when needed. - Ample car parking space. - Recommend staying in the outside chalets (bothy), as they are very private and are massive inside for 2 people.”
“Beautiful restful location right on Loch Tay. It is out in the country so both nearby villages (which are charming) are 7 miles away. We had dinner at the hotel both nights and it was delicious, and the service was always attentive. Our room was very comfortable with a king sized bed and a bath with separatevshower and large soaking tub.”
