- Please note that early check-in and late check-out after 12:30 have an extra charge of EUR 12 and are subject to availability.<br><br>Please note that breakfast can be served in the room for at an extra cost of EUR 5.<br><br>The sports fields can be used free of charge to play football. To play tennis, guests must book 24 hours in advance and there is an extra cost of EUR 15. Rackets and balls are not included.<br><br>The hot tub must be booked 6 hours in advance and has an extra cost of EUR 14 for 2 guests, for 40 minutes. Children are not permitted. “We stayed in the house and not the hotel. We really enjoyed the quietness and the and the feeling of having the area to our self. The kids loved their own private swimming pool. Manuel, the host, is really friendly and informative. He goes out of his way to make one feel comfortable and welcome. He directed us to a swimming location in the river. Apparently we ended up in the wrong spot, but we all enjoyed swimming in the river, swimming underneath a waterfall and jumping from the rocks into the river. If we go back to Portugal in the future we will make an effort to stay here again and this time for a couple of days.”
“We stayed in the house (not the hotel), which is a typical old Portuguese house that has been modernised and is therefore extremely comfortable! The swimming pool is private and on site and the garden is beautiful (which some fruits that we could eat!). The hosts were really nice and available. We highly recommend this place!”
“Mr. Manuel was amazing host. Felt like I was staying with Family. He went out of his way to help us to the Villa and get comfortable. He even took some time out to show us around. Dinner and breakfast was good. The property is surrounded by fruit trees and a vineyard. The views from this villa are amazing. Was best part of my stay in Portugal. Would definitely visit again and for longer next time.”

“The owner called me in the afternoon, before my arrival, to give me indications about how to reach the hotel, as it is a bit hard to find without extra help. Nice, very nice. Amazing hospitality, makes feel like at home. Help with luggage, using a Tweezy, an electrical vehicle, is a delicious detail. Swimming pool and outside area very pleasant. Nice football pitch, that can be used for tennis also. Extreme good taste, simple furniture, but very pleasant, with wood (and/or derivated) being the proeminent material. Pleaseant meals, at fair price for the food quality. But above all, and once again, the owner's hospitality is TOP. Pleasant walks, if you like nature, on a radius of a few hundred meters. And a very friendly dog walking around. The photos are not of very good quality, but the daylight was far from being acceptable, with clouds, mist and rain.”
