“The staff were most helpful and very friendly, showing a number of personal touches as we pottered through Reception during our stay, showing that they remembered us as individuals, which is rare these days. The breakfast was very fresh, with a nice variety of choices in the buffet and an excellent coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable (so often not the case) and the whole hotel was very clean. The art bit of the Hotel name is reflected in sculptures, paintings - and some entertaining pieces of furniture! The location was very convenient, being a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof where our super-efficient S-Bahn train brought us directly from the airport. Like all hotels near stations, however, it was a bit of a walk to get into the old town - though an extremely efficient tram runs just 2 minutes’ stroll away, so it was hardly a big deal!”
