“Staffs are very very friendly and accommodating and tried their best to explain everything we need to know. Dinner and breakfast was amazing with a variety of food served. Rooms were spacious. We got the connecting rooms. Was a bit hard to find the place when we first arrived due to the darkness. Nevertheless it was a fantastic stay at this place.”

“great location for a few days exploring the beautiful asahidake mt, walking distance from the cable station which takes you up half way to the "roof of hokkaido", glorious. the hotel staff, espesially wanderfull Yahata, were so helpfull. they were making a huge effort to help us with our food restrictions (cosher), it was very touching. the rooms , super convenient, great beds, amazing onsen in the same floor as our room was, good meals, nice atmosphere. guests can use also the big onsen of the bearmount hotel for free, worth it”
“Great bed. Wooden parquet in the hotel and the rooms, so clean you could eat on the floor (almost). Onsen is also very nice. It's really a nice and peaceful place to stay Buffet was good, and those days there were too few customers to organize a buffet, we were serve additional extra to the menu”
