“the only thing i'd questioned was the the price they added 24% extra on local taxes , was told 4or 5 star hotels in Mumbai charge up to 38% tax ........even 24% is a sting in the tail ......but it does state on booking form .....”
“Hotel not far from India Gate , did stay there twice on my visits to Mumbai would recommend this hotel to stay in........there is a 24hour kitchen for your needs i had b/fast at 5;30am no problem for them ,very clean room as i was staying twice they upgraded at no charge they gave it to me i never asked ...but 2 points ... No1 in India they ADD ANOTHER 24% on to bill so be careful ( this can verary from Hotel to Hotel ) No 2 my 1stay on 3 rd floor internet very good , 2nd stay on 1st floor very very POOR ......need to go to recption to get signal ....in room 103 it went down to many times not good at all this hotel would have got a 10 from me apart from that”
“Wow. Each time I interacted with the staff I was amazed at the caring and grace. Better than the Taj at a quarter of the price. If you do not stay here you have missed one of the best experiences. I never say this.....”

“- Reception staff were excellent! Very helpful and friendly!! My husband and I arrived at around 9 and their check in is at 12. They couldn't give us a room before. When they had the room available at 12, they upgraded us to a bigger room -For our taxi ride back to the airport, the reception staff explained that the taxi driver will ask if we want to take the faster route or the longer one. If we were to decide to take the faster one, then to expect extra toll charge. - The room was really big. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. - Location was so central! - At breakfast the Veg cutlet was really good.”
