“Room size was bigger than the usual for the same price range hotels, due to its location is out of the way from any mall or shops. The Malay lady who checked me in was always friendly with smiles, wished I could say the same for the rest. 1st room given had very bad AC water leakage, dripping onto the coffee table and were hard to have decent sleep. After the 2nd night, the housekeeping guy manages to move me to another room, although the AC is also leaking, but was not dripping on to the table, instead on top of the colth hanging cabinet, so not making any noise. BUT the ceiling was leaking from the roof above onto the 2nd bed, lucky I was alone, so can left a bed empty... Houswkeeping only seems to be interested in cleaning those check out room, didn't get any daily room cleaning, had to ask them for fresh towels everyday.”
