“The owner was amazing, she did everything she could to help me and my family (my husband and I were travelling with 4 children ages ranging from 1 to 16). She was just fantastic, so helpful, so accommodating and always on hand to help or open the door when you had heavy bags or babies on your hip!!”
“Superb. Stayed with 3 kids, two who are teenagers in the family room, which has a separate bedroom attached for the 3 kids. Kitchenette very useful as there is a supermarket 1 mile down the road. Room very clean. Owner very hospitable and friendly, leant us extra towels for swimming, advised great places to visit. you get a multi pass wig this hotel which gets you very cheap chair lifts and discounts in lots of places. Not in the main drag, a bottom of hill from chatel but village centre 2 mins drive. Suited us fine we don't like the hustle and bustle every night. Loads of places to eat a night if needed. Try climbing/high ropes very good, teenagers really enjoyed this. A trip to villeneuve, Switzerland worth a visit. Superb swimming pool with diving boards. Great place to stay may well return one day.”
