Important Notice
- Check-in takes place at Hotel Le Relais de Fusies, 2, rue de la Republique. The entrance is opposite the church.<br><br>It is also closed at lunch-time on Saturdays and Mondays, and on Sunday evenings. Reservation is recommended.<br><br>Please let the property know how mant guests will be staying in each room.

“This place is a real find. Very friendly staff, lovely old buildings which stay cool in the heat, centrally placed in Lacaune and the quality of the food blows your boots off. Michelin star dinners at take-away prices. Everything prepared on the premises, cooked to order and such imaginative flavours and presentation. Breakfast was another feast as well, and a bargain. Nice lounge to relax in, relaxed check in and check out times and a great location to explore the Languedoc hills. Will definitely be coming back............”

“A beautiful old building, full of charm, character and history behind the main hotel. Amazing staircase. Easy to find. Parking round the corner in the main square by the swimming pool. This hotel also has an outdoor pool but we were here in December so can't comment on what it would be like.”
