“Peillon village is on the very top. There is a private parking behind the hotel . There are some stairs down to the hotel and some stairs up to your room. We were upgraded to a big room with view/balcony over the valley, which made the stay much nicer, as we could sit at the balcony and have our tea before the 40€ 3 course dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant/hotel manager and his son were very service minded. This place was very nice quiet- away from traffic noise”

“Amazing location and fantastic view in a lovely old building that felt cosy and welcoming. The food was all wonderful, even the cheese and ham sandwiches we had for lunch were truly delicious, and we would recommend having a meal here in the evening as the food is incredible. The staff were relaxed and flexible. We turned up a bit early and our room was ready for us, it wasn't a problem. The drive to access the village is very windy, across mountainous roads, which we really enjoyed but didn't attempt at night. This is also a great place for walking and there are several routes through the alpine forests with lovely views. Highly recommended! ”
