“The lady at reception (during the night from 30-31 October 2017) was extremely helpful, both before, during, and after my stay. Sadly I did not get her name, but she provided superb support in receiving and storing luggage lost by my airline in my room until my arrival, as well as being open to passing on some pieces of luggage to a courier after my departure, and being awake and aware during a very early morning checkout. Thank you very much! The location is pretty central, 15 mins walk from Moscow station and Nevsky Prospect, as well as being near a number of interesting food and drink locations in the area. The decor, finish, and comfort of the hotel was much more and better than I expected, based on the price. As such, if on a similar budget in the future, I will definitely try and stay here again.”

“Very friendly staff. Small rooms but all you need is there: a good bed, toilet, shower. Breakfasts (cheap) can be ordered, very simple ones, but interesting because of their traditional Russian dishes: varenki, syrniki, blinchiki... The location is perfect. Off Vosstaniya Str, close to Vosstaniya Sq metro station and Nevsky Prospect. A lot of shop and restaurants within walking distance. Even a 24hrs bookstore (Bukvoed) in case you need one. Shopping mall Galleria and Moscow train station a few minutes away.”
