“Having read a review recommending booking an executive room on the top floor, we did the same and did not regret it. We had a large room with a very comfortable bed, and a great view from the big terrace over Vienna, with hills as a backdrop. Our only regret was the weather was cold, and dull [it was November] so we couldn't sit out. As it was our anniversary, a lovely bottle of Austrian fizz and snacks appeared on our 1st evening which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful in the 7th floor restaurant, and the food was good too. We hope to return very soon.”
