“The website showed air conditioning but our room only had an oscillating fan. The website also mentioned breakfast was included in the price. We were told that it was $11 US/person. The woman in reception spoke very little English and when we showed her the website page showing included breakfast she made a phone call but told us nothing. On our checkout day, she was nowhere around and a young man, again with little English tried to work out our bill. In the end we were still charged for one person's breakfast. Very frustrating.”
“It is on a hill, there is no swimming pool, no garden, there is nothing to do, it is far from the beach, the beds are small, there is no place where to stay at night, outside the bedroom, and they charge $100 per night and the breakfast is not included, they are nice people, but the hotel is lacking amenities, they should include the breakfast in the price and build a swimming pool.”

“Nice gardens, helpful staff. Short walk & across the road from the beach (but the strong waves means you can only paddle). Got a ride to puerto lopez from the staff so we could catch our 9 am bus to Quito.”
“Very nice and clean place, close to the beach, staff very friendly. Has fantastic view from the bathroom window. Really recommended. Breakfast and restaurant meals avaliability was a little poor, but it was low season, we were the only guests at the time.”
