“The staff was good. I believe they were new and did not have good training from the management of the property.”
“The room is nice, but not good enough as to what we're expecting. They have given us a room with no view since we checked in later than expected. We also had to request for room slippers. The bathroom is neat, but not as clean as expected of the hotel. The staff are nice though, but there was kind of a misunderstanding with the payment system as they wanted us to swipe the card again upon checking in even if they were told that we have already input the card details upon booking at booking.com.”
