The owners thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible including packed bags of towels, slippers and robe for the spa, refreshments at the spa (different teas etc), so many towels and pillows in the bedroom, a breakfast with everything from fruits to cereals, fancy cheeses, a selection of breads, and even soya milk and vegan butter! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even though we had no extra requests because everything was perfect. Definitely the best 5 star I have ever stayed in and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. They even had an activities list for each day including hikes (free!). Very, very happy with this hotel (and I am usually very critical). I would happily stay there again, it was worth every penny. - R”
