Important Notice
- Please note, when arriving by public transport, that access to the hotel is on a slightly steep road or through a staircase from the Hürlimann-Areal. Guests can also walk 5 minutes from the station Zürich-Giesshübel and cross the river. There is a lift or staircase that takes you to the rear of the hotel.<br><br>If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.<br><br>Please note that the following non-mandatory charges are applicable:<br>- Spa access: CHF 30 per day/person<br>- Valet parking: CHF 35 per night<br><br>Please note the restricted thermal bath and spa opening hours for Christmas and New Year's Eve:<br>- 24 December 2017 it is open from 09:00 to 16:00<br>- 25 December 2017 it is closed<br>- 31 December 2017 it is open from 09:00 to 16:00<br>- 1 January 2018 it is open from 12:00 to 22:00<br>On all other days the thermal bath and spa operates as usual from 09:00 to 22:00 (last entrance at 21:30)
