“Mariella and the staff were kind and accommodating. We were in Salemi to see my husbands' birthplace. This hotel is a gem in the middle of a small town. The best cappuccino in the world is made here by Mariella. The breakfast cheeses are artesian. I can't eat cheese normally. This cheese was so natural and tastey. The rooms were clean and large. I loved being surrounded by rolling mountains and fields of grapevines and olive groves.”
