“The staff were amazing. It was my son’s tenth birthday, I mentioned that we were traveling to London to take him to Harry Potter Studios on an early flight the next morning. The staff bought a Harry Potter calendar for my son, they decorated the bedroom with banners and loads of balloons and made a huge fuss of him when we went to dinner. They brought out a birthday cake and sang to him. They really went out of their way to make his tenth birthday so special. Such a lovely bunch of people. I am ever so grateful for the huge effort they made. Ethan will remember our stay for the rest of his life. Thank you so so much xxxx”

“Extremely convenient to the Airport. Our bedroom looked out to the end of the runway but fortunately was not noisy during the night. We had a very nice dinner, made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and courteous staff. The interesting mix of design from the very old inn at the front with its nooks and crannies to the contemporary, boutique scale bedroom area at the rear is most effective.”

“Food at the restaurant was really high quality. Had both breakfast and dinner there. Staff were extremely friendly. Location is a little off the beating track which suited us fine, definitely need a car to be staying here if you want to see the city. Little elephant towels were gorgeous!”
