“the rooms were clean and the staff, especially Housekeepers bumped into, friendly and said hello, which is nice. my only issue was seeing a dead (well, struggling to stay alive) cockroach IN the food/lobby/ lounge area, which is a huge turn off”

“The staff was great. The girls at the front desk changed my room three times without a fuss and the manager even discounted my room because of all the trouble. The hotel is far away from civilization though. The only things close are a gas station and a mom and pop deli. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the university of Missouri. The dehumidifier in the room was a little weird at first but it drowned out the air conditioner cutting off and on( most hotels have these kind of ac now) and pretty much all the other noises you usually hear at a hotel. I slept really well both nights and I don't usually sleep much in a hotel. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was about what you would expect, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, etc. the coffee was good though! I would stay here again if I am ever forced to go back to Missouri.”
