“The location of the property is amazing at the end of Arthur's Pass and it was very quiet. Thankfully the beer and food in the restaurant was good as there are no other options nearby.”
“This is more of a motel than a hotel - but a superb facility for staying at a wonderful location. We stayed in the 'lodge' which comprised a 'cosy' bedroom with basic shared living room facilities and kitchen. We arrived after torrential rain and loved the atmosphere in the restaurant/bar - so too did a party of Argentinian motorcyclists who were drying out so it was a bit like a sauna but great fun. We had a superb evening meal served by very cheerful and efficient staff. staff”
“A fabulous location on Arthur’s Pass. The views were amazing from our lodge. Especially the sunrise. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in bar reasonable. Bed very comfortable and in the kitchen all the utensils you’d need to make a meal. Heaters supplied if required. ”
