“The design of the foyer and the hotel corridor was very stylish, and so was the decoration in the room (if not bordering on slightly gaudy when it came to the changing colour "atmosphere light" in the bathroom). The staff were also very accommodating when it came to an awkward request for my guest to check in earlier than me, and for my late check-in at 2am. The hotel is located in quite a convenient location - only 4-5 minutes walk to Shuanglian station, with many cheap street-side eateries selling authentic Taiwanese foods that were breakfast for us every morning. In addition, to get to the hotel from the airport late at night, as I did, just get the 1819 bus and get off at the Ambassador Hotel stop (only cost 230 NTW for a return ticket).”

“The renovation is new and stylish. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is clean. While the room is small, it has everything from safe box to hair dryer. We had two wonderful nights of sleep due to the great sound proof windows. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors, not sure if there was any. I accidentally lost the room card and the friendly staff waived the replacement fee for it, very kind of them to do so. Highly recommended.”
