“The management and staff here really care about service. They will do everything within their power to accommodate requests. We ate early one evening in order to make the start of the ice hockey game. The 5 course dinner is beautifully presented and imaginatively created. There is an option to advance order a raclette or fondue for a change. Kids can opt for a different meal. The bar is well stocked and drinks are chilled and served in the correct glass with the correct garnish. The downstairs pool table and table tennis table with sofas beside gave the kids in our group a place to hang out together. An 11pm bar closure ensures a quiet nights sleep for all.”
“Food as always is very good - if somewhat too much for children and possibly too late for them to eat but I know Francoise made arrangements for alternative pasta dishes to be available for children which was most appreciated. Staff were again very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much bother for them.”
