“The room was superb and the staff professional, while maintaining an extremely friendly attitude and atmosphere. Complimentary drink at the bar which was lovely. I asked for a bottle of Rose to be placed in my room and that was no bother to them. Overall superb.”
“Staff were extremely professional and friendly throughout the hotel. Room decor was lovely and bed was super comfy too. Foood in restaurant was top quality...and we arrived late at 21.45pm but was not a problem. Music in bar was good and meant you had a full night under the roof of the hotel without hassle of going searching for entertainment. Drink vouchers were a welcome touch also. Finally the hotel is very central location but was no noise from the road or traffic!! Not one aspect could be faulted and as my partner works in hotel and hospitality everything is taken into account and nothing goes unnoticed, and he gave very high praise for the establishment. We would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to others travelling or planning a stay in Belfast.”
