“The views of the alps were amazing and the hotel sits on the mountain overlooking Leizen. It's not walking distance to the town, but there is a lot of nature and hiking right there. The grass feels great on bare feet :) and the restaurant was really good too.”
“The location was great. Reaching the place was a bit adventure but we were surprised to find the place cozy, quiet and with a magnificent view. The inside of the Hotel (Gasthof) has a bit of fairies tales flavor. The staff, including the lady of the house and the chef, was nice and eager to help at any time . I recommend to try the local menu which is prepared with great style and is delicious... compliments to the Chef ! The view from the balcony was wonderful (wunderbar)...”

“Our host Karen was extra hospitable to us, as we had arrived late in the evening. The room was warm, a delicious dinner was prepared and she was very friendly. The hotel is high on the mountain so make sure your car is suitable for snow roads. This location has an ideallic outlook.”
“Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr ruhige und schöne Lage, geniale Aussicht, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Ich musste noch die Boardingkarte ausdrucken lassen). Ein Highlight: Beim Blick aus dem Fenster am Morgen rannte ein Reh 30m am Haus vorbei.”
“Wir waren 4 Übernachtungen Anfang Oktober da und haben das Zimmer mit dem Grimmingblick bekommen. Besser geht es nicht. Das Wetter war dazu alle Tage auch traumhaft. Wir genossen jeden Morgen den Ausblick vom Balkon (siehe Foto) ins nebelige Ennstal und hatten dort oben ungetrübten Sonnenschein. Das herrliche Frühstücken in der Zirbenstube gefiel uns auch ganz besonders. Total relaxt, kein unruhiger Buffet-Rummel, alles kommt zum Tisch. Das ist Urlaub pur. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst.”
