“The young man who is front desk Manager who's name escapes me, was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help make my sister and I stay a delightful experience. My sister was very worried about taking the underground Subway to get to the Freedom Trail which was the main thing that we wanted to see. The manager arranged for us to have the shuttle take us to the trail and I know this was a route that they don't normally take we so appreciated him going above and beyond for us. I hope that it is noted that this gentleman that was always courteous always had a smile on his face and very kind to every person that we interacted with you have quite a asset in him.”
