“The hotel staff are very helpful and sincere. We also got a room upgrade with early check in. Our room is super clean and beds are so soft and comfortable. My sister and I didn't want to leave the room at all! The location is excellent, just 1-2 minutes walk from the train station. Superb services!! Really thanks all staff to make our first trip in Seoul perfect and highly satisfied. ”
“The location is 2 mins way from the subway (line 4 which same line as Seoul station). Convenient for us since we took the airport express train. We stayed in a superior room on the 17th floor (highest floor) has a nice view and lots of natural light. The bedroom itself is spacious for me and my husband, the bathroom is well-equipped with toiletries including toothbrushes, hair dryer and bath tub. The buffet breakfast is very good, tasty and much appealing (my favourites are giant dumplings, bulgogi and French toast+bacon and maple syrup). There's also free bottles of water in the room fridge. For its price, it is cheaper but way better than what you get from other 4* hotels.”

“New property so it was very clean, rooms were really fresh, well decorated and with all the necessary facilities. Also the rooms are a really nice size. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Location was good as well, only a few metro stops in either direction from most of Seoul's activities. Staff were friendly although some spoke limited/no English.”
