“I had an issue opening the door to my room during the evening. I informed the front desk employee and he was very quick in assisting. Apparently, there had been a problem with the lock. So, this employee immediately called the manager, he switched my room, and refunded me $30. His customer service was excellent!”
“Great Location. The parking lot seemed to be considerably safer than most other Best Western/ budget hotels I’ve stayed at. There was only one way in and one way out. No matter where your room was or where you parked there is always a view to your car. I do a bit of shopping sometimes and prefer to leave whatever I can in my car. The layout ofBest Western is great since you don’t habe to walk through a lobby everytime you come back to your room”

“It was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were cosy, very clean and well equipped - refrigerator, microwave, coffee making facilities, decent TV with HBO. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Even though there were renovations going on at the time of our stay and we had been informed the regular hot breakfast would be unavailable, boiled eggs were still provided as part of the continental breakfast, which we were very pleased with.”
