“Was the bed like a cloud? It was hard as a rock. We just spent the last two nights on a hide-a-bed couch at the home of friends in Georgia and got a better night's sleep than on your beds. The walls of your hotel are so uninsulated we had to call the front desk to have them ask the guy next door to not speak so loudly on the phone. It was keeping us awake. So he quieted down, but put the woman to whom he was talking on speakerphone and now we could hear both of them. The carpets in the hall need to be shampooed, or at least a thorough vacuuming.”
