“I rang up the day before asking for a cot becuase i couldnt remember whether i booked one 10 months ago and one was supplied straight away. I was also very grateful for when i booked it thru booking.com i pressed the wrong button for how i would like to pay.. i wanted to pay when i was at the property and cancel any time but money went straight out my account. I phoned them and they were able to sort everything out for me. Refunded and sorted my settings out. Which i know alot off places wont do. Breakfast was great and we ate dinner one night. Food was great!!”
“The best hotel we've stayed in for years (and we stay in a lot!). Staff superb, extremely friendly. Chef at breakfast outstanding and hugely helpful. Sandra and others really really helpful. Mainly Polish cleaning staff the best in Europe. The way they keep the whole hotel spotless is superb. Room comfortable, new carpet, great coffee machine - nothing to fault. Breakfast selection awesome. My first ever 10 score in 20 years!”
