Have not contacted them, will not ever go back there. Staff was very nice, but this incident has ruined what used to be a pleasant memory of Best Western stays.”
“The two hosts were very welcoming and informed us we were on 2nd floor but no elevator. One also helped us with the cable tv listing that was not matching the list in the book in our room. We were offered a cookie. We choose to park and walk the steps which was not bad. The best part of the facility was the courtyard. It was lovely and very well maintained. The breakfast was a nice way to start our day.”
