“Front desk hostess was beyond kind and caring. We were very tired from a middle of the night trip from California, traveling on two planes and a long layover at the first airport. Arriving in the early evening, we just wanted to rest. She made us feel so welcome and helped us to be able to have a first floor room that we needed. We made a new friend for sure! If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure and stay there. This was the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in, we have been guests in many "BW's" in California, over the years.”
