“I was actually there a little early for check in. I'm a truck driver and had driven all night the night before and was tired. Went in to see if I could maybe check in early and the lady at the front desk was awesome. She checked with house keeping and said if my room was ready I could have it so I could go to sleep. That was awesome and little things like that I will remember.”
