“Receptionist ,Fatima, was exceptional! Very nicely she has explained all what the city offers, including a Fado evening, and changed our room to a better one , no smoking one. We have found all the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast during the week was fantastic, service exceptional (huge selection of meat cuts, cheese,breads, fruits....) it only lacked a little on Sunday. Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the centre, market, train and bus station, restaurants. Portuguese people are so helpful to a traveller, it is wonderful! We would recommend the Best Western Dom Bernardo to anyone!”
