“The room looks very old. Needs updating badly. Noise outside from construction and couldn't even figure how to enter from highway!way too expensive comparing this hotel to others in the area! Would have left but it was very late upon arrival.”

“We were evacuated from Richmond TX after Hurricane Harvey, and guests were upset at the front desk because staff refused to give extra linens for families, they lied and said they didn't have anymore, then found housekeeping which had PLENTY OF CLEAN LINENS...staff was not sympathetic! They weren't helpful and I can't recommend this hotel - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE - EVER!”
