“It was close to where the family stay, and we were over for a wedding. The room that we were transferred to was very comfortable and a completely different standard from the first which was meant to be a superior room. We were moved to another room, which was much better and I have noted the number so that we can try and have it next year when we visit family again. The staff are very helpful.”
