“This hotel had one of the most "homy" feeling of the seven ones we slept at on our road trip across NYS, with its nice and bright interior, our clean and spacious room, the incredibly friendly service, the good-sized pool with long opening hours, the free hot chocolate and other beverages available to guests all night, and the very nice breakfast with an attendant who made us feel quite at home. We were so happy to have stumbled on this gem! Jumping in a pool to play before a hot breakfast is hard to beat! My kids rate our stay at this Best Western Plus above that at a Niagara Falls hotel that had a Jacuzzi in a fifth floor room overlooking downtown... and I have to agree with them!”
