“To be honest we were rather disappointed with our stay. Our bed was uncomfortable, there were no toiletries provided, apart some useless foamy gel in the bathroom. Our room window opened up above the car park which people tended to gather in to smoke/chat late at night or early in the morning. The Spa part of the pool was cold, which a number of guests noted. We have paid a lot less elsewhere previously and enjoyed our short stays. Overall we felt that we were staying in a very basic facility. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.”
“The bed was very nice and the swan towels a lovely touch. There were a lot of tea tray goodies each day which was nice. The breakfast area was really attractive with the view down the estuary. And th staff were all kind and attentive.”
