“There were problems with our room, i.e.: wet carpet and floor. They offered to change rooms, but we declined because it was an ADA room. The front desk provided towels to soak up the wetness. The following morning the assistant manager, Kristen, apologized for the problems, made an adjustment to our bill and offered to personally handle any future reservations.”
