“One particular manager was very rude and the security system was not very helpful after my son's truck his friends truck and three others were broken in to. The room was not cleaned until our second nights stay. I have stayed at this particular hotel numerous times but I can say this will be the last time. There are several nice motels close by with better conditions.”

“The young man at the front desk was in training and was doing a great job. If he continues to be that kind, he will be a valued employee. The young lady training him had to get on my phone and direct my husband into the parking lot, we were delivering a car to Houston and he got off 45 to soon. She was very helpful also and needs a raise for her kindness.”

“The room was a little stuffy the whole time, one of the towels in the bathroom had been used when I first got there and I was locked out of my room the second day I was there. I had to keep making trips downstairs to try to get in on Saturday night. No one was available to come and assist me to get in. I was finally given the master key to get in, which I still had to go back down to return. So that meant that I couldn't anywhere else until I left unless I wanted to go up and down to return the key to get in. Never had a problem like this before and I stay there every year!”
“Even with construction going on upstairs, the noise level was zilch. Room was clean and fresh smelling. AC/Heater worked great. Breakfast was hot and fresh and plenty available even with the morning crowd.”
