“Staff was friendly and informative. Hard to find at times, but I liked having time to think about how to phrase my words before talking to staff. Complimentary apples were on desk. TV in lobby had remote nearby. Gift shop & lobby bathrooms were easier to find than the elevator. Room was clean, easy to walk between bed and bathroom. A/C was easy to change temperatures. Definitely a 9-star (of 10) stay.”
