“Large, comfortable room. Ideally located near the place where I had to work. Terrific restaurant, "La Manufacture" in the hotel, though the service was a bit slow. Large, very diverse buffet breakfast”

“We ate in a full busy restaurant with a good choice of meals. The menu du jour was very reasonably priced and both of us enjoyed it very much. The Parmentier de legumes starter was just delicious and the salmon with risotto excellent. We didn't benefit fully from the marvellous breakfast because we had eaten so well the night before but it was exceptional in the range of dishes available. The bedroom, we chose a twin, was comfortable and air conditioned. Everywhere was very clean and the decor lovely. We will go again.”

“Good selection of food for breakfast, and nice dinner in the restaurant. Room was basic but clean and had all the toiletries that were needed. Good size TV. Not sure how close to the town centre as did not go out. Good size bed , comfortable enough but not the best I have slept in. The car was in a locked compound beside the hotel . It was fine but not free. A small charge of 7 euros. The mini bar was quite well stocked with champagne and beer etc.”

“The location was perfect for us. We were driving back from the South of France to Calais and wanted to stop for the night. We arrived around 4 pm and were very pleasantly surprised that we were in an easy walk of all of the historic sites. The hotel is also next door to a very nice Bistro which did an excellent dinner. The hotel room was comfortable”
