“We were initially shown to a double room with a double sofa bed for the children. The children would be sharing a bed and we would all be in the same room together! This was not what we had booked originally. On the website a family room is shown has having two separate rooms, one with a double and the second with two single beds and this is what we needed. After discussing with the Reception staff they were able to show us an alternative which was the suite that we had booked. We had our own room and the children had a bed each in their own room. Everyone was happy. I can't imagine why we had been allocated the double room in the first place! The location is good and there is a metro station just outside if you don't fancy walking. There are loads of places to eat nearby. I would stay again, despite the initial allocation problem.”
